We offer a permanent placement service where we conduct thorough checks on candidates to ensure they are a perfect fit for the role before presenting them for an interview. After the interview stage, if you decide to move forward with the candidate, we will proceed with the full-time placement and charge a one-off fee for our services.
Much like our permanent placement process, our temporary placement procedure begins with a thorough engagement with the candidate. This includes completing full reference checks, verifying right-to-work documentation, and confirming certification before sending you their CV. All candidates are pre-screened to ensure they hold the relevant certifications and tickets for the role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in their field.
At R&R, we value long-term relationships with our clients. To support this, we offer a rebate on all permanent, full-time placements. Our 12-week rebate is applied to the one-off fee you pay us and is outlined in the terms of our agreement. The rebate amount gradually decreases over the 12-week period, giving you peace of mind and confidence in the quality of our placements.
All of our contracts are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client and are custom-crafted accordingly. We offer a range of flexible payment terms, from same-day payments to 30-day terms, depending on the scope and scale of the project and the work involved.
Our offices are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, our consultants and Director are available 24/7, ensuring that you can always reach us for any issues related to placements, candidates, or projects. This means you can get in touch whenever needed, helping to minimize any stress you may encounter.
